Ayra Zoya provides contract manufacturing services for clothing brands, retailers, online sellers and businesses that require women’s garments produced according to their own designs and specifications.
Manufacturing and stitching work is handled by Ayra Zoya at its Gujranwala setup. We work directly with clients to understand the required design, fabric, measurements, quantity and finishing before accepting a production order.
Our Experience
Our work in women’s clothing began in 2019 with the wholesale business of Ferooz Collection.
This experience provided a practical understanding of fabrics, stitching, sizing, market demand and the requirements of clothing retailers. Ayra Zoya now uses that experience for its own collections as well as contract manufacturing orders.
The business is owned and managed by Mr. Mehboob Tufail.

How the Process Works
1. Initial Discussion
The client shares the required product details, reference pictures, measurements, fabric requirements and expected quantity.
Incomplete references can result in incorrect costing, so clients should provide clear information from the beginning.
2. Design and Specifications
The design, size chart, fabric, colour, stitching style and finishing requirements are reviewed before production.
If the client wants a specific label, tag, packaging style or other branding element, it must be discussed before the quotation is finalized.
3. Sample and Approval
Where required, a sample may be prepared before bulk production.
Sample charges, material costs and preparation time are confirmed separately. Bulk production should begin only after the client has reviewed and approved the agreed sample or specifications.
4. Quotation
The final price depends on:

Fabric and material
Embroidery or additional work
Stitching requirements
Order quantity
Labels and packaging
Required completion time
A quotation is issued after the complete requirements have been reviewed.
5. Production
Production begins after the order terms, payment schedule and specifications have been confirmed.
Any changes requested after cutting or production has started may affect the price and completion date. Some changes may not be possible after this stage.
6. Checking and Packing
Completed garments are checked against the approved design and order specifications before packing.
Packing requirements must be agreed upon before production. Special boxes, labels, tags or individual packaging may involve additional cost.
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity is not presented as one fixed number because it depends on the product, fabric, design and production work involved.
Clients should contact Ayra Zoya with their required quantity to confirm whether the order can be accepted.
Production Time
Production time is calculated after reviewing the design, quantity, fabric availability and workload.
Urgent completion should not be assumed unless it has been confirmed in writing. Delays can also occur if the client changes the design or provides incomplete information after production begins.
Client-Supplied Designs
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any design, logo, label or artwork supplied for manufacturing.
Ayra Zoya should not be held responsible for ownership disputes relating to material provided by the client.
Payments
The payment schedule is confirmed with the quotation.
Production does not begin until the agreed advance payment and required order information have been received. The remaining payment must be completed according to the confirmed terms.
Confidentiality
Client designs, measurements and business information are handled for the purpose of completing the manufacturing order.
If a client requires a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, it should be discussed before sharing sensitive designs or commercial information.
