Products and Availability
Ayra Zoya offers women’s Everyday Wear, Fancy Wear and custom stitching services. All products are subject to availability. We may update, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur because of lighting, photography, fabric batches and individual screen settings.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
The final payable amount, including applicable delivery or stitching charges, will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before the order is processed.
Orders
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Ayra Zoya may contact the customer to verify an order before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or place an order on hold if:
A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be confirmed
Customer information is incomplete or incorrect
The delivery location is unsupported
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified
Payments
Eligible orders may be paid through Cash on Delivery, mobile wallets or supported bank-transfer options.
Online orders will only be processed after payment confirmation where advance payment is required. Customers should make payments only to accounts officially provided by Ayra Zoya.
Delivery
Ayra Zoya delivers across Pakistan through third-party courier services. Delivery time may vary according to location, product availability, stitching requirements, public holidays and courier operations.
Ayra Zoya is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, weather conditions, public disruptions or courier-related circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Custom Stitching
Customers requesting custom stitching must provide complete and accurate measurements and instructions.
Ayra Zoya will not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. Custom-stitched or altered products cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged after work has started.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A custom stitching order cannot be cancelled after cutting, stitching or alteration work has begun.
Ayra Zoya reserves the right to cancel an order and issue an applicable refund if fulfilment is not possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must remain unused, unwashed, unworn and attached to their original tags. Custom-stitched, altered, clearance and final-sale products are not normally returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned product. Full conditions are available on our Refund and Return Policy page.
Intellectual Property
The Ayra Zoya name, logo, website content, product photographs, graphics and designs are owned by or licensed to Ayra Zoya.
They may not be copied, reproduced, published or used commercially without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
Provide false personal or payment information
Attempt to damage or interfere with website security
Copy or misuse website content
Place fake orders or repeatedly refuse confirmed orders
